How to measure bra size

There are a few key elements that ensure a comfortable bra fit when you measure bra size. These include the size around your body, the cup size, and the strap length. Everyone's size changes a bit over time, so it is important to re-measure periodically. Changes occur with childbearing, hormone therapies (including birth control pills), and weight gain/loss. The following suggestions for getting the best fit are just guidelines and are not foolproof.

The first thing to do is to take a tape measure and fit it around your back through your nipple line. This is the number 32, 34, 36, etc. When in between sizes, always size up (e.g. - if you measure 33 or 33.5, go with a 34).
Bra cup size can be very arbitrary. Most women know what their cup size is. A way I've heard it described is to think of it like fruit. An apricot can be thought of as an AA or even an A. A lemon, perhaps a B. A peach or an orange can be thought of as a C, a grapefruit a D, and a melon a DD or an E.
Adjust the bra straps to pull the whole thing together as it were. If you find that you're always on the first or last hook on the back or have pulled the straps as tightly or loosely as they go, you may want to consider going up or down a size in either circumference, or cup size, or both.

Whatever panty size you are accustomed to wearing will probably work for you. Order the size you usually wear. If there are size suggestions, they will be made under the item category.

As a general rule:
Extra Small is 0-2
Small is 2-4
Medium is 6-8
Large is 10-12
Extra Large is 14-16

Panties are not returnable, so it is very important that you select the proper size.
